孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果及对患儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞指标的影响研究

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium tablets combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma and its influence on peripheral blood eosinophils

目的探究小儿哮喘患儿采取孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗后的临床效果和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)指标的变化情况。方法96例小儿哮喘患儿,依据电脑随机表法分为常规组和联合组,各48例。常规组实施布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,联合组实施孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)]及EOS水平。结果联合组治疗总有效率97.92%高于常规组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FEV1、FVC均高于本组治疗前,EOS水平低于本组治疗前,且联合组FEV1(2.01±0.11)L、FVC(3.01±0.11)L高于常规组的(1.50±0.10)、(2.30±0.07)L,EOS水平(0.19±0.04)×10^(9)/L低于常规组的(0.51±0.10)×10^(9)/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率4.17%明显低于常规组的22.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效显著,患儿EOS水平降低,不良反应发生率低,可推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium tablets combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma and its influence on peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS).Methods A total of 96 children with asthma were divided into conventional group and combined group according to computer random table method,with 48 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation,while the combined group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets and budesonide aerosol inhalation.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,pulmonary function index[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)]and EOS levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 97.92%in the combined group was higher than that of 81.25%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1 and FVC in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and EOS level was lower than that before treatment in this group;FEV1 of(2.01±0.11)L and FVC of(3.01±0.11)L in the combined group were higher than those of(1.50±0.10)and(2.30±0.07)L in the conventional group;EOS level of(0.19±0.04)×10^(9)/L in the combined group was lower than that of(0.51±0.10)×10^(9)/L in the conventional group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 4.17%in the combined group was significantly lower than that of 22.92%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium tablets combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation for children with asthma has significant efficacy and can reduce the EOS level of children,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which can be promoted.
