耳穴压丸疗法在高危儿早期干预中的治疗效果及辅助作用

Therapeutic effect and auxiliary effect of auricular-plaster therapy in early intervention of high-risk infants

目的探究高危儿早期干预中采用耳穴压丸疗法的治疗效果及辅助作用。方法30例高危儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分成对照组及实验组,每组15例。对照组实施常规治疗,实验组实施常规治疗+耳穴压丸治疗。比较两组治疗前后发育商评分及生活质量评分。结果治疗后,两组语言、精细动作-适应性、个人-社交、大运动评分均高于本组治疗前,且实验组语言、精细动作-适应性、个人-社交、大运动评分分别为(23.16±0.57)、(23.01±0.32)、(23.22±1.12)、(23.51±0.60)分,高于对照组的(18.16±0.43)、(20.36±0.33)、(18.21±0.78)、(18.17±0.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组生活质量量表(SF-36)评分为(85.15±3.06)分,高于对照组的(76.12±3.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高危儿早期干预中应用耳穴压丸疗法可获得理想的治疗效果,提高患儿发育商,同时可以提高患儿生活质量。

Objective To investigate the eherapeutic effect and auxiliary effect of auricular-plaster therapy in early intervention of high-risk infants.Methods A total of 30 cases of high-risk infants were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random numerical table,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received conventional treatment and auricular-plaster therapy.The development quotient score and quality of life score were compared between thetwo groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of language,fine motoradaptability,personal-social intercourse,and gross motor were(23.16±0.57),(23.01±0.32),(23.22±1.12),and(23.51±0.60)points in the experimental group,which were higher than those of(18.16±0.43),(20.36±0.33),(18.21±0.78),and(18.17±0.36)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 36-item short-form healthy survey(SF-36)score of the experimental group was(85.15±3.06)points,which was higher than that of(76.12±3.12)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of auricular-plaster therapy in the early intervention of high-risk infants can obtain the ideal therapeutic effect,improve the development quotient of infants,and improve their quality of life.
