摘要
免疫系统在生殖相关疾病的发生发展中起重要作用。正常妊娠的胚胎为半同体组织抗原,不被母体排斥而生存。子宫自然杀伤细胞(uNK)是天然免疫调节中的一种淋巴细胞亚群,是妊娠后母胎界面中重要的免疫细胞。uNK参与血管重建和滋养层细胞侵入等过程,在着床和蜕膜免疫调节中发挥积极作用。蜕膜组织与正常免疫微环境有一定关联,一旦这种平衡打破可能会引起种植失败或妊娠丢失。因此,uNK细胞与胚胎种植和早期胎盘密切相关。本文就uNK细胞在胚胎种植过程中的具体作用、对内膜容受性的影响进行综述,希望为临床治疗提供依据。
he immune system plays an important role in the occurrence and development of reproductive diseases.A normal gestation embryo is a semisomorphic tissue antigen that is not rejected by the mother.Uterine natural killer cells(uNK)are a kind of lymphocyte subpopulation in natural immune regulation,which are important immune cells in maternal fetal interface after pregnancy.UNK participates in vascular remodeling and trophoblast invasion and plays an active role in implantation and decidua immune regulation.The decidua tissue is associated with the normal immune microenvironment,which may lead to implant failure or pregnancy loss.Therefore,uNK cells are closely related to embryo implantation and early placenta.In this paper,we reviewed the specific role of uNK cells in embryo implantation and their effects on intima receptivity,in an attempt to provide evidence for clinical treatment.
