摘要
本文介绍了CT旋转部件中两个主要的结构件安装盘和探测器箱,选用铝合金ZL101A进行铸造成型并完成结构精加工。通过有限元仿真对设计方案进行强度校核。检验铸件的材料成分和力学性能,通过X射线无损检测的方式确认铸造样件满足要求。
The disc and the detector box are introduced as the two main structural parts of CT rotating parts.The casting method and aluminum alloy ZL101A are selected and then precision machining is completed.The strength of the design scheme is checked through finite element simulation.The material composition and mechanical properties of the castings are inspected,and the casting samples are confirmed to meet the requirements by means of X-ray nondestructive testing.
