矿用提升机制动力测试方式探究及辅助设施的应用

摘要 通过多年来金属非金属矿山缠绕式提升机和提升绞车制动力测试方法和研究,针对现场测试过程中存在的实际问题,设计可调节支臂以解决拉压力传感器在卷筒上的受力点问题,采用在拉压力传感器与千斤顶之间增加可拆卸凹槽式底座,以解决拉压力传感器易发生倾斜、侧滑危险,保证了测试人员的人身安全,提高了测试的效率和准确度。 Through years of testing methods and research on the braking force of metal and non-metallic mine winding hoists and lifting winches,and in response to the actual problems encountered during on-site testing,adjustable support arms are designed to solve the problem of the force point of the tension pressure sensor on the drum.A detachable groove type base is added between the tension pressure sensor and the jack to solve the danger of inclination and sideslip of the tension pressure sensor,This ensures the personal safety of testing personnel and improves the efficiency and accuracy of testing.
