摘要 瞬时感受器电位香草酸亚型1(TRPV1)通道是近些年研究最多、机制较为清楚的一类非选择性阳离子通道,广泛表达于人体的外周和中枢神经系统,是一类与感受器敏化有关的生物活性物质,与穴位敏化时组织局部微理化环境的变化密切关联,被认为是启动级联反应的触发器,是研究外周痛觉受体激活致敏的生化调控的一个特别有用的模型。因此,本研究以TRPV1通道为切入点,阐述其与穴位敏化现象的关系及研究进展,以期为阐明穴位敏化的科学内涵提供更多思路。 Transient receptor potential vanilloid subfamily 1(TRPV1)is a class of non-selective cation channels with the most studies and clear mechanism in recent years,which are widely expressed in the peripheral and central nervous systems of human body,it is a class of bioactive substances related to receptor sensitization,is closely related to the changes in the local microphysical environment of tissues during acupoint sensitization,and is considered to be the trigger for initiating cascade reactions.It is a particularly useful model for studying the biochemical regulation of sensitization by peripheral pain receptor activation.Therefore,this study took TRPV1 channel as the starting point to explain its relationship with acupoint sensitization phenomenon and its research progress,in order to provide more ideas for clarifying the scientific connotation of acupoint sensitization.
