摘要
阿尔茨海默症主要表现为记忆和认知功能的进行性丧失,严重威胁老年人的健康和生命安全。海马体在学习和记忆中起着关键作用,其损伤是阿尔茨海默症的重要发病机制。针刺通过刺激特定穴位解决疾病,因其方便有效,成为阿尔茨海默症广泛认可的替代疗法。本研究从葡萄糖代谢、胆碱能系统、神经炎症与突触可塑性等角度探讨针刺对阿尔茨海默症海马体的干预机制并分析不足之处,以促进临床应用。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is characterized by progressive loss of memory and cognitive function,which seriously threatens the health and life safety of the elderly.Damage to the hippocampus,which plays a key role in learning and memory,is an important pathogenesis of AD.Acupuncture has become a widely recognized alternative treatment for AD because of its convenience and effectiveness through stimulating specific points.This study discussed the intervention mechanism of acupuncture on hippocampus of AD from the perspectives of glucose metabolism,cholinergic system,neuroinflammation and synaptic plasticity,it analyzed the shortcomings and provides reference for clinical application.
