浅析非编码RNA在肝癌中的研究现状

Analysis of the Research Status of Non-coding RNA in Liver Cancer

目的探讨近年来miRNA/lncRNA/circRNA与肝癌的关系的研究现状和研究热点。方法纳入CNKI收录的相关文献3943篇,通过CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件,对文献数量、发表期刊、发文作者、关键词等内容进行计量学可视化分析。结果文献数量呈逐年波动性增长的趋势;期刊中《中国人民解放军军医大学》发文量最多;发文量最高的是南通大学附属医院的姚登福教授,该研究领域形成了数个稳定的作者群体;聚类分析得到了肝细胞、凋亡、靶基因、诊断、靶向治疗、肝纤维化、预后、侵袭等14个关键词聚类模块。30个突现关键词中,近年来较为新兴关注热点是自噬和外泌体。结论该研究领域未来发展态势较好,miRNA/lncRNA/circRNA在肝癌的诊断、预防、治疗及耐药中有十分重要的作用,而中医药在相关领域的研究十分欠缺。

Objective To explore the research status and research hotspots of the relationship between non-coding RNA and liver cancer in recent years.Methods A total of 3943 related articles were included after retrieval from the database of CNKI.Using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software,bibliometric analysis was conducted in terms of the amount of articles,publishing journals,authors,and keywords.Results The amount of related articles showed a fluctuation tendency to increase year by year.Professor Yao Deng-fu from Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University had the highest publication quantity,and several steady author groups have been formed in the field of the research of the relationship between non-coding RNA and liver cancer.Cluster analysis yielded 14 groups of keywords such as hepatocytes,apoptosis,target genes,diagnosis,targeted therapy,liver fibrosis,prognosis,and invasion.Among the 30 burst keywords,the hotspots in recent years are autophagy and exogenous body.Conclusion Good prospects is shown in the research of the relationship between non-coding RNA and liver cancer in recent years.Non-coding RNA has a very important role in the diagnosis,prevention,treatment and drug resistance of liver cancer and the research of traditional Chinese medicine in this field is very lacking.
