摘要
2014—2021年,福建省气象部门全力推进县级综合气象业务改革,以建立适应县级综合气象业务发展要求的人才队伍为目标,期间建立了县级综合气象业务师资队伍,积累了大量县级综合气象业务教学资源,建成了县级综合气象业务实训基地等,为福建省县级综合气象业务人才队伍建设打下了坚实的基础,创新打造福建培训特色,切实推动了县级综合气象业务改革的步伐,有力促进了福建省气象业务高质量发展。通过对2014—2012年县级综合气象业务培训工作的系统梳理,明晰培训工作的成绩和不足,为气象高质量发展持续助力。
From 2014 to 2021,the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Department has made every effort to promote the reform of county-level comprehensive meteorological services,aiming to establish a talent team that meets the development requirements of county-level comprehensive meteorological services.County-level comprehensive meteorological business teaching resources,built a county-level comprehensive meteorological business training base,etc.,which have laid a solid foundation for the construction of county-level comprehensive meteorological business talents in our province,innovatively created Fujian training characteristics,and effectively promoted the county-level comprehensive meteorological business.The pace of business reform has effectively promoted the high-quality development of meteorological business in our province.By systematically sorting out the county-level comprehensive meteorological business training work from 2014 to 2012,the achievements and shortcomings of the training work were clarified,and the high-quality meteorological development was continuously promoted.
