水文测验是水文工作的基础。新中国成立以来,徐州水文测报方式的发展,经历了从原始的人工观测水位、降水量到现代化自动测报,从少量项目到全要素、全覆盖监测的过程,水文测验技术逐步走向系统化、规范化、现代化。水文测报技术和装备得到了明显完善,水位实现了全天候在线观测、无线传输、自动发报,流量监测基本实现了自动化,水情信息实现了网络传输和卫星传输。测报能力和测报技术逐年提升,测验精度进一步提高,测验安全得到了保障。

Hydrological survey is the basis of hydrological work.Since the founding of the People’sRepublic of Chin,The Development of Xuzhou Hydrological Flood Reporting and Telemetry,from the original manual observation of water level、precipitation,to modern automatic Flood Reporting and Telemetry,from a few items to all elements、full coverage monitoring process,Hydrometric Flood Reporting gradually move towards systematization、standardization and modernization.Hydrological Flood Reporting and Telemetry technology and equipment has been significantly improved,water level realized all-weather online observation、wireless transmission、auto sending,flow measurement basically realized automation,Water Regime information realized network transmission and satellite transmission.The ability of Flood Reporting and Telemetry and the technology of Flood Reporting and Telemetry Increase year by year,improve the accuracy of Flood Reporting,Security have a certain degree of protection.
