摘要 结合国内某大型炼化一体化项目石油焦制氢装置,简要阐述了其固体原料石油焦、煤和助熔剂输送系统的方案设计、能力核算和设备选型等。该煤焦储运系统具有切换灵活、可靠性高、节能环保等特点,符合相关标准规范要求,对煤焦储运系统设计具有一定参考意义。 With the hydrogen manufacturing unit from petroleum coke of a large-scale refining and chemical integration project in China,the schematic design,capacity calculation and equipment selection of its solid raw material petroleum coke,coal and flux conveying system are briefly described.The coal coke storage and transportation system has the characteristics of flexible switching,high reliability,energy saving and environmental protection,meets the requirements of relevant standards and specifications,and has certain reference significance for the design of coal coke storage and transportation system.
