摘要
多管程换热器管箱平盖的挠度超出允许值会存在内漏的风险。以某多管程换热器管箱平盖设计为例,计算发现平盖中心处的最大挠度远大于标准许用值,综合考虑经济性及项目进度,提出在平盖外侧设置井字形加强筋支撑的优化方案,并采取有限元分析方法对管箱平盖的挠度进行模拟计算。计算结果显示,平盖结构优化后其挠度降低了80%,满足了设计要求,且节省了材料费用。
There will be a risk of internal leakage if the deflection of the flat cover of the channel of the multi-tube heat exchanger exceeds the allowable value.Taking the design of a multi-tube heat exchanger channel flat cover as an example,it is found that the maximum deflection at the center of the flat cover is much larger than the standard allowable value.Considering the economics and project progress,it is proposed to install a“#(hash sign)”-shaped reinforcing rib on the outside of the flat cover.The optimization plan of the support is carried out,and the deflection of the flat cover of the channel is simulated and calculated by the method of finite element analysis.The calculation results show that the deflection of the flat cover is reduced by 80%after the structure optimization,which meets the design requirements and saves material costs.
