摘要
通过采用宏观与微观分析方法,分析了新钢连退板点状缺陷的形貌特征,指出了残留氧化铁皮压入是造成连退点状缺陷的主要原因。通过降低轧制温度,提高轧制速度,加强除鳞设备维护,增加精轧机架除鳞水,优化拉矫参数等措施,有效减少了氧化铁皮的产生。
The change characteristics of point defect morphology were analyzed by combining macro and micro analytical methods.It was concluded that strips and oxide scales are the main forms of defects,pointed out that poor descaling and secondary oxide scale are the main reasons for the formation of the defects.The generation of oxide scales was effectively reduced in continuous annealing plate by strengthening the maintenance of descaling equipment,improving the rolling speed,adding descaling water of finish rolling stands and other measures.
