X荧光压片法测定高炉含铁灰渣氯离子 被引量:1

摘要 原燃料中的氯元素进入高炉炉内后,经化学反应形成HCl气体,并与炉料、炉壁接触后发生反应,会降低矿石还原性及腐蚀高炉炉壁。因此,有必要对高炉瓦斯灰及高炉干法除尘灰等物料的氯离子进行检测。传统的氯离子检测采用硝酸银滴定容量法,检测过程耗时费力,难以满足快速生产节奏。文章采用X荧光对高炉含铁灰渣物料氯离子测定方法,操作简单,耗时少,环保高效,实验精度高。 After the chlorine element in the raw fuel enters the blast furnace,it forms HCl gas through the chemical reaction in the furnace and reacts with the furnace charge and furnace wall,which will reduce the ore reducibility and corrode the furnace wall.Therefore,it is very necessary to detect the chloride ion in gas ash and dry dedusting ash of blast furnace.The traditional chloride ion detection is silver nitrate titration volumetric method.The detection process is time-consuming and laborious,and it is difficult to meet the rapid production rhythm.This method uses X-ray fluorescence to determine the chloride ion in the iron containing slag of blast furnace.It is simple,time-consuming,environmental friendly and efficient,and has high experimental accuracy.
