变压器潜游机器人螺旋桨空化及抑制方法研究

摘要 针对大型电力变压器使用机器人代替人工检修过程中出现的潜游机器人螺旋桨推进器造成变压器油中空化问题,分析了变压器油中螺旋桨推进过程中产生气泡的影响因素,关于螺旋桨转速、油粘度、温度等条件对油中空化现象的影响开展了仿真研究。通过对变压器油的降压实验,测得了运行年限不同的大型电力变压器绝缘油不同温度下的起泡气压,根据螺旋桨推进器空化判据建立了模型,提出了基于变压器油饱和蒸汽压指标的变压器潜游机器人推进器设计和控制建议。 Aiming at the problem of cavitation in transformer oil caused by the propeller thruster of the submerged ro-bot that occurs in the process of using robots instead of manual maintenance for large power transformers,we ana-lyzed the influencing factors of air bubbles generated in the process of propeller advancement in the transformer oil,and carried out simulation research on the effects of the propeller rotational speed,oil viscosity,temperature,and oth-er conditions on the phenomenon of cavitation in the oil.Through the transformer oil depressurization experiment,the bubbling air pressure at different temperatures in the insulating oil of large power transformers with different years of operation was measured,and a model was established according to the cavitation criterion of the propeller propulsion,and the design and control suggestions of the transformer submerged robotic propulsion based on the index of the sat-urated vapor pressure of the transformer oil were put forward.
