GIS设备非电接触松动缺陷的振动试验研究与特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 气体绝缘组合电器GIS包含设备众多,机械结构复杂,工作时处于高电压、大电流的状态,容易产生机械故障,通过振动检测可对GIS设备机械状态进行判断。为进一步研究GIS设备机械缺陷检测方法,探究设备内非电接触松动缺陷的振动特性,文中在一台550kVGIS设备上开展振动试验,在试验回路中设置内部屏蔽罩松动和外部地脚螺栓松动两种机械缺陷,通过测量不同状态、不同电流下GIS外壳的振动信号,从时域、频域方面总结振动信号特征和变化规律,并提出基本特征量的提取方法。结果表明GIS设备内部非电接触机械缺陷所产生的异常振动不会引起信号中100Hz基频分量变化,内部屏蔽罩松动缺陷会导致200Hz和300Hz分量的幅值升高;地脚螺栓松动缺陷会导致1700Hz以上频率幅值均值升高,随着电流的增加,幅值增大越明显。研究结果补充了GIS设备非电接触机械缺陷检测研究,为设备振动检测试验提供了新的思路与参考。 Gas-insulated metal enclosed switchgear(GIS)includes many components and has complex mechanical structures.It is at the condition of high voltage and high current during the operation,which is prone to mechanical fault.The mechanical status of the GIS equipment can be judged by vibration detection.In order to study further the detection method of mechanical defects of GIS equipment and explore the vibration characteristics of non-electric contact looseness defects in the equipment,the vibration test on a 550 kV GIS equipment is performed in this paper.Such two types of mechanical defects as looseness of internal shield and external anchor bolt are set in the test cir-cuit.Through measuring the vibration signal of GIS enclosure under different conditions and currents,the character-istics and changes of the vibration signals are summarized from the time domain and frequency domain,and the ex-traction method of the basic feature quantities is proposed.The results show that the abnormal vibration generated by the non-electrical contact mechanical defect inside the GIS equipment will not cause the 100 Hz fundamental frequen-cy component to change in the signal,and the internal shield looseness defect will cause the amplitude of the 200 Hz and 300 Hz components to increase;the anchor bolt looseness defect will cause the average value of the frequency amplitude above 1700 Hz to increase,and the amplitude increases more obviously with the increase of the current.The research results complement the research on non-electric contact mechanical defect detection of GIS equipment,and provide new idea and reference for vibration detection tests of equipment.
