摘要
跷板开关是一种常用的手动控制墙壁开关。为了研究跷板开关的机械特性,应用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件,建立跷板开关有限元仿真分析模型,研究开关闭合的具体过程,得到开关操作力曲线,最终厘清了开关闭合回跳的原因。通过实验获得的开关操作力曲线和回跳波形与仿真结果进行对比,验证了仿真方法的可靠性。
Rocker switches is a commonly used hand-operated wall switch.In order to research the mechanical characteristics of the rocker switch,COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software is used to simulate the closing process of switch.Through the finite element simulation,the switching force is obtained and the reason of the closing bounce is clarified.The switching force curve and bounce waveform of the actual switch are obtained through experiments,and compared with the simulation results to verify the reliability of the simulation method.
