摆动工况下满装球轴承动态性能分析

摘要 基于滚动轴承动力学和摩擦学建立了满装球轴承的非线性动力学微分方程组,并采用预估-校正的GSTIFF(Gear Stiff)变步长积分算法进行求解。以此方法研究了摆动工况下轴承的沟底直径、沟曲率半径等结构参数对其疲劳寿命的影响,结果表明:轴承疲劳寿命随内圈沟底直径的增大而提高,随外圈沟底直径的增大而降低;轴承疲劳寿命随内、外沟曲率半径的增大均呈下降趋势。同时采用正交分析法对疲劳寿命、径向刚度和摩擦力矩3个方面的轴承动态性能进行多目标加权组合和分析,完成了轴承结构参数的优化,优化后轴承的疲劳寿命和径向刚度分别提高了13.6%和4.3%。 The nonlinear dynamic differential equations of full complement ball bearings is established based on rolling bearing dynamics and tribology,and the prediction-correction GSTIFF(Gear stiff)variable-step integral algorithm is used to solve the equations.The effects of structural parameters such as groove bottom diameter,groove curvature radius on fatigue life of the bearings under swing condition are studied by proposed method.The results show that:the fatigue life of the bearings increases with the increase of inner ring groove bottom diameter and decreases with the increase of outer ring groove bottom diameter;the fatigue life of the bearings tends to decrease with the increase of inner and outer groove curvature radius.At the same time,the multi-objective weighted combination and analysis on dynamic characteristics(fatigue life,radial stiffness and friction torque)of the bearings are carried out by orthogonal analysis method,and the structural parameters of the bearings are optimized.After optimization,the fatigue life and radial stiffness of the bearings are increased by 13.6%and 4.3%respectively.
