CA型调心滚子轴承实体铜保持架的改进设计

摘要 尺寸系列31,32,40,41的CA型调心滚子轴承较宽,实体铜保持架按原方法设计时,滚子装配困难且轴承质量大。因此,提出对保持架宽度和端面内径尺寸进行改进设计,并详细介绍了设计原理。采用改进设计的保持架,滚子装配容易,轴承回转和调心性能均良好,装机使用无异常,减轻了重量并降低了成本,满足了该类轴承的应用需求。 The CA type spherical roller bearings of size series 31,32,40,and 41 are relatively wide,when the solid copper cages are designed according to original method,the rollers are difficult to assemble,and the weight of the bearings is heavy.Therefore,it is proposed to improve the design of cage width and inner diameter size of end face,and the design principle is introduced in detail.By adopting the cages after improved design,the rollers are easy to assemble,the bearings have good rotary and aligning performances,no abnormality occurs when the bearings are installed and used,and the weight and cost are reduced,meeting the application requirements of this type of bearings.
