摘要
将多孔酚醛层压布管材料浸渍不同润滑油得到多孔含油材料,并分析其微孔结构、储油性能和摩擦学性能。结果表明:多孔酚醛层压布管材料的微孔为棉布纤维-微孔复合孔,孔隙相互贯通,具备良好的储油性能;含4129,4123,PDP38润滑油材料的含油率均大于10%,在转速为12 000 r/min的离心机上甩油2 h后,含油保持率均大于83%;3种含油材料中均可在摩擦副之间形成连续的油膜,其摩擦因数均小于0.100,可有效降低摩擦磨损。
The porous phenolic laminated tube materials are impregnated with different lubricating oils to obtain porous oil-containing materials,and the microporous structure,oil storage and tribological properties are analyzed.The results show that:the micropores of porous phenolic laminated tube materials are cotton fiber-micropore composite pores,which are interpenetrated and have good oil storage property;the oil content of materials containing lubricating oil 4129,4123 and PDP38 is greater than 10%;after 2 h of oil throwing on a centrifuge with a speed of 12000 r/min,the oil retention rate is greater than 83%;the continuous oil film can be formed between friction pairs for three kinds of oil-containing materials,and the friction coefficients are all less than 0.100,which effectively reduces the friction and wear.
