摘要
为准确掌握黔东南州猪瘟(CSF)免疫效果,采集2020-2022年全州16个县(市)的种猪场、商品代场及散养户共计8841份猪血清,采用ELISA方法开展免疫抗体检测。结果显示:全州免疫抗体个体合格率为87.54%,群体合格率为94.14%,超过农业农村部规定的最低标准70%;2022年个体合格率最高,为88.69%,2020年个体合格率最低,为85.81%;2021年群体合格率最高,为97.20%,2020年群体合格率最低,为82.35%;种猪场免疫抗体个体及群体合格率最高,分别为89.61%及100%;散养户免疫抗体个体合格率最低,为86.31%;商品代场群体合格率最低,为93.17%。结果表明,黔东南州猪瘟免疫均超过国家标准,近两年来全州的猪瘟防控取得了一定成效,农村散养问题仍是当前需加强的重要环节。
In order to accurately grasp the immune effect of swine fever(CSF)in Qiandongnan prefecture,a total of 8841 serum samples were collected from pig breeding farms,commodity farms and free-range farmers in 16 counties(cities)of Qiandongnan prefecture during 2020-2022,ELISA was used to detect immune antibodies.The results showed that the qualified rate of individual antibody was 87.54%,and the qualified rate of population was 94.14%,which exceeded the minimum standard 70%stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.The highest qualified rate of individual antibody was 88.69%in 2022,and the lowest qualified rate of individual antibody was 85.81%in 2020.The highest qualified rate of population was 97.20%in 2021,while the lowest qualified rate of population was 82.35%in 2020.The qualified rates of individual and population antibody were highest in pig breeding farms,89.61%and 100%,respectively.The qualified rate of immune antibody in free-range households was the lowest,86.31%;The qualified rate of population antibody in commodity farms was the lowest,93.17%.The results showed that the immunization of swine fever in Qiandongnan prefecture exceeded the national standard.The prevention and control of swine fever in Qiandongnan prefecture has achieved certain results in the past two years.The problem of rural free-range breeding is still an important link that needs to be strengthened.
