摘要
鸡毒支原体在国内鸡场的感染率较高,疫苗免疫是防控鸡毒支原体的有效方法之一。本试验旨在观察鸡毒支原体活疫苗(F36株)免疫鸡群的安全性和有效性。选择体重相近的7日龄SPF鸡80羽,免疫组点眼免疫鸡毒支原体活疫苗(F36株),对照组点眼免疫生理盐水,于38日龄对免疫组和对照组鸡群采用鸡毒支原体R株攻毒,攻毒后每天观察鸡群采食、精神状况、呼吸道症状和死亡情况,分别于38日龄、52日龄对两组鸡进行称重,7日龄、14日龄、21日龄、38日龄、52日龄采血检测抗体,52日龄采集咽喉拭子做PCR检测,并于52日龄将所有鸡剖杀,做气囊病理性损伤和增重检查。结果表明:鸡毒支原体活疫苗(F36株)免疫鸡群后,未见明显免疫副反应与呼吸道症状,免疫组相对于对照组增重显著(P<0.05),抗体滴度更好,52日龄咽喉拭子PCR检测R株阳性率免疫组低于对照组,攻毒后免疫组对气囊保护率达99%,而对照组均出现气囊病变。本试验结果证实鸡毒支原体活疫苗(F36株)具备良好的安全性与有效性,为该疫苗产品免疫效果评估提供数据参考。
The infection rate of Mycoplasma gallisepticum in domestic chicken farms is high.vaccination is one of the effective methods to prevent and control MG.The purpose of this experiment was to observe the safety and effectiveness of live MG vaccine(F36 strain)in immunizing chickens.807-day-old SPF chickens with similar weight were selected,the immunization group was immunized with live MG vaccine(F36 strain)and the control group was immunized with physiological saline by the spot-eye immunity.The immunized group and the control group were challenged with Mycoplasma gallisepticum R strain at the age of 38 days.After the challenge,the feed intake,mental condition,respiratory symptoms and death of the chickens were observed every day.The chickens of the two groups were weighed at the age of 38 days and 52 days,respectively.Blood samples were collected at 7 days,14 days,21 days,38 days and 52 days for antibody detection.Throat swabs were collected at 52 days for PCR detection.All the chickens were killed at 52 days for balloon pathological damage and weight gain inspection.The results showed that the chickens immunized with live MG vaccine(F36 strain)had no obvious immune side effects and respiratory symptoms.The weight of the immunized group was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the antibody titer was better.The positive rate of R strain detected by PCR on throat swabs at 52 days of age was lower than that in the control group.After challenge,the protection rate of the immunized group to the airbag after the attack was 99%,while the control group had airbag lesions.The results of this test confirmed that the live MG vaccine(F36 strain)had good safety and efficacy,which provided data reference for the evaluation of the immune effect of the vaccine product.
