摘要
用改良的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),采用溶液共混法通过非共价修饰制备了壳聚糖/氧化石墨烯(CS/GO)复合材料,对安息香酸(BEN)进行载释,提高安息香酸(BEN)的水溶性和生物可利用度。结果表明,GO和CS/GO分散液放置45 d后仍均一稳定,没有沉淀或分层现象。相比GO,CS/GO的横向尺寸明显减小,对BEN的负载量(W)从450 mg/g提高到650 mg/g,包封率(E)从27.13%提高到39.16%。体外释放实验表明,BEN@CS/GO的释放行为具有pH响应性,在酸性(pH=4)条件下,48 h内的累计释放量为53.2%,在中性和碱性(pH=7和pH=9)条件下,累计释放量分别为38.7%和24.6%。BEN的体外释放更符合一级动力学方程。
Graphene oxide(GO)was prepared by the modified Hummers method.Chitosan and graphene oxide(CS/GO)composites were prepared by solution blending method through simple non-covalent modification.The water solubility and bioavailability of BEN were improved by releasing BEN.The results showed that the GO and CS/GO dispersions were still homogeneous and stable after 45 d of placement without precipitation or stratification.Compared with GO,the lateral size of CS/GO was significantly reduced,the loading(W)of BEN was increased from 450 mg/g to 650 mg/g,and the encapsulation(E)was increased from 27.13%to 39.16%.The results of in vitro release experiments showed that the release behavior of BEN@CS/GO was pH responsive.Under acidic(pH=4)conditions,the cumulative release amount within 48 h was 53.2%,and under neutral and alkaline(pH=7 and pH=9)conditions,the cumulative release amount was 38.7%and 24.6%,respectively.The release kinetics analysis of the release data from BEN@CS/GO revealed that the in vitro release of BEN was more consistent with the first-order kinetic equation.
