摘要 综述了纳微米堵漏剂近十年期间的研究现状,并从纳微米堵漏材料的特点、堵漏机理、发展前景三个角度进行分析。从纳微米堵漏剂研究现状来看,纳微米堵漏剂主要分为无机纳微米材料堵漏剂、纳微米聚合物堵漏剂、纳微米乳液堵漏剂和纳微米复合物堵漏剂四类,对每种堵漏剂的应用条件和局限性进行了对比分析;从堵漏机理来看,总结出大部分纳微米堵漏剂的堵漏机理是凭借纳微米分子的小尺寸优势插入进页岩的纳微米孔隙中并凭借着自身的疏水基团减少水分子的进入,同时表面积较大的纳微米分子可以在纳微米孔隙周围聚集进行有效的封堵;从发展前景来看,纳微米堵漏剂的制备与分散、纳微米堵漏剂的堵漏效果评价机制等还需要进一步研究。 This paper summarizes the research status of nano-micron plugging agent in recent ten years,and analyzes the characteristics,plugging mechanism and development prospect of nano-micron plugging material.From the research status of nano and micro plugging agents,nano and micro plugging agents are mainly divided into four categories:inorganic nano and micro material plugging agent,nano and micro polymer plugging agent,nano and micro lotion plugging agent and nano and micro composite plugging agent.The application conditions and limitations of each kind of plugging agent are compared and analyzed.From the perspective of plugging mechanism,it is concluded that the plugging mechanism of most nano-micron plugging agents at present is to insert into the nano-micron pores of shale by virtue of the small size advantage of nano-micron molecules and reduce the entry of water molecules by virtue of their own hydrophobic groups.At the same time,nano-micron particles with large surface area can gather around the nano-micron pores for effective plugging.From the perspective of development,the preparation and dispersion of nano-micron plugging agent and the evaluation mechanism of plugging effect of nano-micron plugging agent need further study.
