Research progress on hydrogen production from traditional organic solid waste gasification

摘要 综述了有机固体废弃物采用传统气化制氢技术的研究现状,详细分析了气化介质、气化温度、催化剂3个主要因素对制氢效果的影响,通过作用机理分析及总结应用过程中存在的优缺点,有针对性地提出了该技术存在的技术弊端,并指出未来该技术应从机理性探究、开发高性能复合催化剂/特殊结构催化剂、与煤共气化制氢技术开发及与其他新型气化制氢技术耦合四方面发展,以更好地促进技术的工业化应用。 The research status of traditional gasification technology for hydrogen production from organic solid waste are reviewed,the influence of three main factors,gasification medium,gasification temperature and catalyst,on hydrogen production effect is analyzed in detail,by analyzing the action mechanism and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages in the application process,the technical disadvantages of this technology are put forward purposefully,it is pointed out that the technology should be developed from four aspects:mechanistic exploration,development of high-performance composite catalyst/catalyst with special structure,development of hydrogen production technology by co gasification with coal,and coupling with other new gasification hydrogen production technologies in the future,so as to better promote the industrial application of the technology.
