在线反应柱——流动注射分光光度法快速测定水中硫化物的含量

摘要 建立了一种在线反应柱——流动注射分光光度法测定水中硫化物含量的方法,该方法引入在线柱,在线柱的填料是能够饱和吸附Fe^(3+)的马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺共聚物颗粒。实验考察了在线柱的长度、反应时间、溶液流速、共存物质的影响,确定了实验最佳条件。结果表明,硫化物浓度在0~10 mg/L范围内与吸光度值呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.032 mg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为0.75%。 An on-line reaction column flow injection spectrophotometry was established for determination of sulfide in industrial circulating water,the method determined sulfide in industrial waste water by methylene blue flow injection spectrophotometry.The on-line column was packed for maleic anhydride-acrylamide copolymer particles which was adsorpted saturated Fe^(3+).The length of on-line column,reaction time,flow rate of solution and coexisting substances were investigated,and the optimum conditions were determined.The result showed that the analytical curve was linear in the concentration range from 0 mg/L to 10 mg/L with the detection limit of 0.032 mg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)was 0.75%.
