铁路CIR用GIS数据采集设备改进方案及应用

摘要 作为铁路通信业务的重要基础数据,铁路CIR用GIS数据目前面临采集设备性能老旧、功能单一、系统应用软件超期、采集精度低、采样间隔大、数据传输方式单一、安全措施不足、单模GPS定位等问题,因此需从软硬件两方面对采集设备进行改进。改进车载采集板卡硬件架构,实现高精度BDS/GPS双模定位,提高自动采集数据的精度及采集间隔,可支持数据加密及数据无线传输;软件方面支持高精度数据的存储及低精度数据的抽吸,预留5G-R模组;改进手持采集终端的软硬件,实现手动采集数据基于位置的实时校核,扩展数据类型,提高实用性和易用性。设备改进后,采集的GIS数据更精准、更丰富,提高了CIR业务运用效果,为智能铁路调度通信提供高精度GIS数据支撑。 As an important basic data for railway communication business,the GIS data used for railway CIR is faced with problems of outdated performance,single function,overdue system application software,low collection accuracy,large sampling interval,single data transmission method,insufficient security measures,and adopts single mode GPS positioning.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the collection equipment from both software and hardware aspects.The hardware architecture has been improved for the automatic collection of on-board collection cards,achieving high-precision BDS/GPS dual mode positioning,improving the accuracy and collection interval of automatic data collection,and supporting data encryption and wireless data transmission.In terms of software,it supports the storage of high-precision data and the suction of high-precision data,with a reserved 5G-R module.For handheld acquisition terminals,software and hardware have been improved to achieve real-time verification of manually collected data based on location,expand data types,and improve practicality and ease of use.After the equipment improvement,the collected GIS data is more accurate and rich,improving the application effect of CIR business and providing high-precision GIS data support for intelligent railway dispatch communication.
