摘要
南宁轨道交通2号线曾多次发生保护进路与折返进路命令冲突,导致折返道岔发生挤岔报警故障,严重影响行车安全和效率。以南宁轨道交通2号线西津站故障为案例,分析出故障主因为保护区段防护命令和折返进路命令存在命令冲突;研究进路触发冲突的机制,提出修改保护进路属性、调整进路预排触发轨及保护进路触发轨、调整道岔操岔控制逻辑等3种技术方案,并分析其优劣性,经过软件升级整改,有效解决了问题,为行业发展提供技术支持。
Nanning Metro Line 2 has experienced multiple conflicts between overlap route and turn back route commands,resulting in trail indication faults at the turn back switch,which seriously affects traffic safety and efficiency.Taking the fault at Xijin Station of Nanning Metro Line 2 as a case study,the main cause of the fault is analyzed,which is the protection commands conflict between that in the protection section and the turn back route.The mechanism of route triggering conflict is studied,and three technical solutions are proposed,including modifying the overlap attribute,adjusting the pre-arranged trigger track and overlap trigger track,and adjusting the switch operation control logic.The advantages and disadvantages of these solutions are analyzed,and software upgrades and improvements are made,which effectively solves the problem and provided technical reference for the similar problem of industry development.
