摘要
基于西溪南村的选址、空间布局,结合人文环境、经济需求,应用Landsat遥感影像数据、Dem数据以及统计数据,利用ArcGIS数据分析技术和层次分析法(AHP)对研究区域的用地建设适宜性进行定量评价。结果表明:西溪南村高度适宜建设的用地面积为3.92 km^(2),集中分布在村落北侧;中度适宜建设的用地面积为6.76 km^(2),分布村内道路通达处;低度适宜建设的用地面积为21.56 km^(2),呈斑块状分布在西溪南村中;不适宜建设的用地面积为56.14 km^(2),成片分布在村落中心、东南侧和丰乐河中心绿地。由于生态环境和历史古迹的限制,西溪南村用地建设适宜性较低,根据土地利用现状和乡村发展方向,应合理规划建设用地,确保土地的合理利用和资源优化配置。
Based on the site selection and spatial layout of Xixinan Village,combined with the human environment and economic needs,quantitative evaluation of land construction suitability of the study area was conducted by applying Landsat remote sensing image data,Dem data and statistical data,using ArcGIS data analysis technology and hierarchical analysis process(AHP).The results show that the highly suitable land area for construction in Xixinan Village is 3.92 km^(2),which is concentrated in the north of the village.The moderately suitable land area for construction is 6.76 km^(2),which is distributed at the access points of roads in the village.The land area suitable for construction at low level is 21.56 km^(2),distributed in patches in Xixinan Village.The land area unsuitable for construction is 56.14 km^(2),which is distributed in the center of the village,the southeast side and the central green land of Fengle River.Due to the limitation of ecological environment and historical sites,the suitability of land for construction in Xixinan Village is low.According to the current situation of land use and the direction of rural development,the construction land should be planned reasonably to ensure the rational use of land and the optimal allocation of resources.
