我国贸易便利化区域差异研究

Research on regional disparities in trade facilitation in China

本研究从电子营商环境、物流基础设施、制度环境和港埠通关效率四个维度着手构建了贸易便利化综合指标评价体系,并且利用主成分分析法对2008—2019年中国多个省份的贸易便利化指数进行测算,以及采用Dagum基尼系数及其分解方法对中国贸易便利化水平的地区差距进行测度、分析,从而为区域间协同开放提供政策参考。

This study focus on the four dimensions of e-commerce environment,transportation infrastructure,institutional environment and clearance efficiency of ports to build a comprehensive indicator of trade facilitation index,and use the main component analysis method to measure the trade facilitation index of 28 provincial administrative regions in China from 2008 to 2019.On this basis,use Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method to measure and analyze the regional gap between China's trade facilitation level,thereby providing policy references for collaborative opening up among regions.
