中小型环保科技企业内部控制研究

Research on internal control of small and medium-sized environmental technology enterprises

环保行业中有很多中小型科技企业存在内部管理混乱的问题,影响行业的整体发展,需要通过合适的内部控制制度对内部问题进行管理。文章通过分析发现中小型环保科技企业存在内部控制环境不规范,企业相关环保内容披露不规范,内部控制相关信息不真实、不透明,内部监督失灵等问题,并提出相应的对策建议,以期促进中小型环保科技企业的长远发展。

In the environmental protection industry,there are many small and medium-sized technology enterprises with chaotic internal management problems,which affect the overall development of the industry,and these problems need to be managed through appropriate internal control systems.Through analysis,this paper finds that small and medium-sized environmental protection technology enterprises have problems such as internal control environment is not standardized,enterprise related environmental content disclosure is not standardized,internal control information is not true,not transparent,internal supervision failure,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the long-term development of small and medium-sized environmental protection technology enterprises.
