大智移云背景下高校财务转型探析——以S大学为例

Research on the improvement of financial transformation of S university under the background of“Da Zhi Yi Yun”——Taking S university as an example

随着云计算、大数据、物联网、AI等新型信息化技术的快速发展,高校的规模越来越大,高校财务管理也越来越复杂,给高校财务管理带来了新的冲击与挑战。而且《会计改革与发展“十四五”规划纲要》明确了“十四五”期间以大力推动数字会计的发展为总体方向,高校财务往数字化方向转型迫在眉睫。所以,在“大智移云”时代,高校财务信息化是高校财务转型的必经之路,也是发展的重要方向。文章以“大智移云”战略为大框架,以S大学为个案,剖析当前我国高校财务信息系统中所面临的主要问题,并提出提高财务数据智能化、信息化水平,实现数据共享以及构建高校财务云平台体系等解决措施,对其他高校财务转型有着借鉴意义。

With the rapid development of new information technology,the scale of colleges and universities is getting larger and larger,bring new impact and challenge to college financial management.Moreover,the Outline of the 14th Five-year Plan for Accounting Reform specify that the overall direction of the 14th Five-year Plan period is to vigorously promote the development of digital accounting,and the transformation of college finance to the digital direction is imminent.Therefore,in the“Da Zhi Yi Yun”(big data,artifical intelligence,mobile Internet,cloud computing)era,college financial information is the only way of financial transformation,but also an important direction of development.Taking S university as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems in the current financial information system of colleges and universities in China,and puts forward some solutions to improve the level of intelligence and informatization of financial data,realize data sharing and build a comprehensive financial cloud platform system of colleges and universities.
