基于DEA模型的江苏省财政社会性支出效率评价

Efficiency evaluation of fiscal social expenditure in Jiangsu province based on DEA model

文章利用DEA非参数分析方法测算了2016—2020年江苏省及江苏省13个地市的财政社会性支出效率。研究结果显示江苏省近几年的财政社会性支出效率未达到有效状态,绝大多数地市处于高效率水平,但仍有提升空间,各地市之间有差异但差异不大。江苏省各地政府应采取相应措施进一步优化财政社会性支出效率,从而达到强有效水平。

This paper uses DEA non-parametric analysis method to measure the fiscal social expenditure efficiency of Jiangsu province and 13 cities in Jiangsu province from 2016 to 2020.The results show that the efficiency of fiscal social expenditure in Jiangsu province has not reached the effective state in recent years,and the vast majority of cities are at the high efficiency level,but there is still room for improvement.Local governments in Jiangsu province should take corresponding measures to further optimize the efficiency of fiscal social expenditure,so as to achieve a strong and effective level.
