盲盒消费的法律问题探究

近年来,盲盒的销售模式受到人们的热烈追捧,盲盒经济迅速发展。与此同时,法律问题也接踵而至。文章通过界定盲盒的性质,指出我国盲盒经济中现存的规制困境,如售后服务得不到保障、行业监管缺失以及未成年人过度依赖等问题,并提出强化经营者义务、细化监管规定等解决办法,引导盲盒行业的有序稳定发展。

In recent years,the sales model of blind boxes has been enthusiastically pursued,and the blind box economy is developing rapidly.At the same time,legal issues have arisen.By defining the nature of blind boxes,this paper points out the existing regulatory dilemmas in China's blind box economy,such as the lack of guarantee for after-sales service,the lack of supervision in the industry and the over-dependence of minors,and proposes solutions such as strengthening the obligations of operators and refining the regulatory provisions to guide the orderly and stable development of the blind box industry.
