摘要
随着互联网的应用范围不断扩展,大数据及其相关技术的应用逐渐成熟,高职院校人事部门也开始将大数据应用于绩效管理工作中,通过收集、分析和处理人事数据,更好地考核和激励教职工,为学校的持续稳定发展提供有力的支持。文章深入探讨了大数据背景下高职院校教师考核评价和绩效管理存在的问题,并提出了基于“双高”视域下发展性评价角度的绩效管理创新策略,以期实现“双高”目标的有效实施,同时也为高职院校人才队伍建设带来积极影响。
With the continuous expansion of the application scope of the Internet,the application of big data and its related technologies has gradually matured.The personnel department of higher vocational colleges has taken the initiative to utilize big data for performance management,gathering,analyzing and processing personnel data,creating new ideas in human resources performance management,evaluating and motivating employees more effectively,and providing strong backing for the school's long-term and secure growth.In this paper,the assessment and performance management of teachers in higher vocational colleges is examined in depth,with a focus on big data.To achieve the“double high”goal,innovative strategies for performance management based on developmental evaluation are proposed,with the aim of bringing positive influence to the construction of talents team in higher vocational colleges.
