近年来,我国建筑行业的竞争不断加剧,国内建筑施工企业都在提高自身管理水平和信息化应用水平。在工程造价管理中运用BIM技术,能充分发挥BIM技术的优势,增强工程造价管理工作的有效性,可以达到施工单位对工程项目管理的要求,提升施工企业的管理水平。如何将BIM技术与建筑工程造价管理有机地结合在一起,成为现阶段建筑业重点探讨的问题。基于此,本文对工程造价管理中的BIM技术应用行探讨。

In recent years,the competition in China’s construction industry is continuously intensifying,and domestic construction enterprises are improving their management level and information application level.The application of BIM technology in engineering cost management can give full play to the advantages of BIM technology,enhance the effectiveness of engineering cost management,meet the requirements of construction units for engineering project management,and improve the management level of construction enterprises.How to organically combine BIM technology with construction engineering cost management has become a key issue in the construction industry at the present stage.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the application of BIM technology in engineering cost management.
