基于水利水电工程常见施工技术及保障措施分析

Analysis of Common Construction Technologies and Safeguard Measures of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering

当前,随着水利建设的快速发展,水利水电工程建设已成为人民群众关心的一个重要问题。但在水利水电建设过程中,应注重环保、合理利用新技术和新方法,以保护水资源和生态环境。本文着重从水利水电建设项目的技术层次入手,探讨了建设过程中出现的问题,提出了解决措施,从而进一步提高了工程质量,并对环保问题进行了分析,从而达到建设和环保的双赢战略。

At present,with the rapid development of water conservancy construction,the construction of water conservancy and hydropower engineering has become an important issue of concern to the people.However,in the process of water conservancy and hydropower construction,it is necessary to pay attention to environmental protection and rational use of new technologies and methods,so as to protect water resources and ecological environment.This paper focuses on the technical level of water conservancy and hydropower construction projects,discusses the problems arising in the construction process,puts forward solutions to further improve the engineering quality,and analyzes the environmental protection problems to achieve a win-win strategy of construction and environmental protection.
