摘要
政府作为国家行政的主要执行机关,主要职能包括行政命令、决策法规、司法裁决、奖励惩罚和行政监督。为了更好地强化为民服务的宗旨,提高替群众办事的效率,必须确保人力资源管理向信息化建设方向发展。本文对政府人力资源管理的信息化建设进行了分析,总结了政府人力资源管理信息化的具体内涵,就如何加强政府人力资源管理的信息化建设进行了探讨,为进一步提高政府人力资源管理质量提供参考。
The government serves as the main executive organ of state administration,its main functions include administrative orders,decision-making regulations,judicial verdicts,rewards and punishments,and administrative supervision.In order to better strengthen the purpose of serving the people and improve the efficiency of serving the masses,it is necessary to ensure that human resource management develops in the direction of informatization construction.This paper analyzes the informatization construction of government human resource management,summarizes the specific connotation of government human resource management informatization,discusses how to strengthen the informatization construction of government human resource management,and provides reference for further improving the quality of government human resource management.
