一种基于ChatGPT技术的电网企业星级班组数字化创新与实践

摘要 班组是企业从事生产经营活动或管理工作最基层的组织单元,是激发职工活力的细胞,是提升企业管理水平,构建和谐企业的落脚点。为了切实提高电网企业班组人员技能水平、综合素质和管理水平,利用数字化技术开展电网企业星级班组建设十分迫切。本文通过先进的管理理念,运用ChatGPT人工智能技术,建立起了科学规范的评价标准来固化星级班站所评价工作,构建数字化平台为电网企业班站所数字化建设提供实践指导。 The team is the most basic organizational unit of an enterprise engaged in production and operation activities or management,a cell that stimulates the vitality of employees,and a foothold for improving the management level of enterprises and building a harmonious enterprise.In order to effectively improve the skill level,comprehensive quality and management level of power grid enterprise team personnel,it is very urgent to use digital technology to carry out the construction of power grid enterprise star team.Through advanced management concepts and using ChatGPT artificial intelligence technology,this paper establishes scientific and standardized evaluation standards to solidify the evaluation of star teams/stations,and builds a digital platform to provide practical guidance for the digital construction of power grid enterprise teams/stations.
