SBAR模式在护理教学中应用效果的Meta分析

摘要 目的 评价SBAR模式在国内外护生护理教学中的应用效果。方法 计算机检索并筛选出中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库及Pubmed、Web of Science、Wiley Online Library、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL数据库中关于SBAR应用于护生护理教学的随机对照试验和类实验研究,并对纳入文献的参考文献进行手动检索。经研究者进行文献质量评价和资料提取后,采用Rev Man 5.2软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果 初步检索获得相关文献1298篇,最终纳入14篇文献进行Meta分析。分析结果显示,SBAR模式教学在一定程度上可以提高护生临床沟通能力[SMD=0.86,95%CI(0.59~1.14),P<0.01]、加强沟通清晰度[MD=5.88,95%CI(4.67~7.10),P<0.01]、增强交接信心[MD=0.88,95%CI(0.32~1.44),P<0.01]以及提升评判性思维能力[MD=17.23,95%CI(13.77~20.68),P<0.01]。结论SBAR模式教学可以提高护生的临床沟通能力和沟通清晰度,并能增强护生交接信心、提升其评判性思维能力,优于传统教学模式。本研究为SBAR模式教学的推广尤其是在护理大专生、本科生阶段的推广提供依据。 Objective To evaluate the application eff ect of SBAR model in nursing teaching for nursing students at home and abroad.Methods Randomized controlled trials and quasi-experimental studies on the application of SBAR in nursing teaching of nursing students in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,Pubmed,Web of Science,Wiley Online Library,Cochrane Library,Embase and CINAHL database were searched and screened by computer,and the references of the included literatures were manually searched.After literature quality evaluation and data extraction,Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 software.Results The preliminary search yielded 1298 related articles,and 14 articles were included in the Meta-analysis.The results showed that SBAR can improve clinical communication skills[SMD=0.86,95%CI(0.59~1.14),P<0.01],enhance communication clarity[MD=5.88,95%CI(4.67~7.10),P<0.01],[MD=0.88,95%CI(0.32~1.44),P<0.01]and improve judgment thinking ability[MD=17.23,95%CI(13.77~20.68),P<0.01].Conclusion SBAR mode teaching can improve the clinical communication ability and communication clarity of nursing students,and enhance the confi dence of nursing students and improve their judgment thinking ability,which is better than the traditional teaching mode.This study provides a basis for the promotion of SBAR model teaching,especially in nursing college students and undergraduate students.
