Research Progress in Analysis and Detection of Natural Product Honokiol in the Field of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations

和厚朴酚是一种具有广谱抗菌、抗炎、中枢抑制、抗肿瘤、改善肺损伤和肾损伤等药理活性的天然产物,是传统中药厚朴的有效成分之一。综述了近年来和厚朴酚在中药制剂领域中的分析检测研究进展,以期为和厚朴酚在中药制剂领域的检测技术及相关药品质量控制提供参考。

Honokiol is a natural product with broad-spectrum antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,central inhibitory,anti-tumor,ameliorating lung injury and kidney injury,and is one of the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine magnolia officinalis.In this paper,the progress of analysis and detection of honokiol in the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in recent years was reviewed,in order to provide reference for the detection technology of honokiol in the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and related drug quality control.
