摘要
电脱盐污水具有流量小、含油量高、成分复杂的特点,为提高污水中乳化油去除率,提出一种结合气浮和高效离心分离为一体的旋流溶气气浮装置(CDFU)技术。通过纳米微气泡与乳化油结合,并通过增大离心力增大污油去除速率,提高污油去除效果,缩短分离时间。同时以某原油加工企业为例,介绍“聚结除油器+二级CDFU”在电脱盐污水处理中的应用,以自控仪表对运行数据进行采集,发现该技术对污水化学需氧量(COD)悬浮物、污油去除率均超过80%,回收污油含水率低,可满足回炼要求。
The electric desalination sewage possesses the characteristics of low flow rate,high oil content,and complex composition.In order to improve the removal rate of emulsified oil in sewage,a cyclonic dissolved gas flotation unit(CDFU)technology combining with the gas flotation and efficient centrifugal separation was proposed.The emulsified oil is combined with the nano-microbubbles,and its removal rate is increased by increasing the centrifugal force,which can improve the removal effect of emulsified oil and reduce the separation time.In this paper,a crude oil processing enterprise was set as an example.The application of"coalescence degreaser+twice CDFU"in electric desalination sewage treatment was introduced,and the data from automatic control instruments shown that the removal rate of sewage COD,suspended solids and sewage oil all exceeded 80%,and the moisture content of recovered sewage oil was low,which could meet the requirements of repurification.
