基于用户需求的高校档案数据差异化共享策略研究

Research on the Differentiated Sharing Strategy of University Archive Data Based on Users Needs

传统档案的利用方式虽满足院校师生的档案需求,但高校档案用户不仅限于本院校,毕业生遍布全国各地,远程用户数量逐年递增。文章通过分析甘肃农业大学档案用户数量、分布范围和内容需求的变化,结合档案信息化形成的数据基础,提出高校档案馆应提升的服务意识,提高线上服务水平,基于不同用户需求,在确保档案数据安全的前提下,与不同用户群体实现差异化档案数据共享。

Although the traditional way of archives utilization meets the needs of teachers and students in colleges and universities,the archive users in colleges and universities are not limited on campus,the graduates are all over the country,the number of remote users are increasing year by year.By analyzing the changes in the number,distribution and content needs of archives users,utilizing the data base of archives informatization,this paper proposes that the u-niversity archives should improve their service awareness and online service level,share differently the archive data with different users based on different users needs and the premise of ensuring the security of archive data.
