作为国家档案中的一项关键组成部分,高校档案真实记录了高校办学历史、教育成果、育人经验,体现人才培养、社会服务、科研、党政管理等工作的建设历程,具有极强信息价值。进入信息时代,档案管理信息化升级需求日渐增长,传统模式已难满足,因此实现档案管理信息化就成为高校管理的重要工作内容,也成为档案服务创新的迫切需要与建立健全教育服务体系的客观要求。为持续优化档案信息服务,尝试从推进高校档案管理信息化的必要性着手,分析档案管理信息化建设的核心要素,并以此提出相关的建设路径。

As a key component of the national archives,university archives record truthfully the history of school-running,educational achievements,and educational experiences of universities,reflecting the construction process of talents cultivation,social services,scientific research,party and government management,and possess the extra strong information value.Entering the information age,the demand for upgrading archive management informatization is increasing day by day,and traditional modes are no longer to sufficient.Therefore,achieving archive management informatization has become the core foundation of university management,an urgent need for archive service innovation,and an objective requirement for establishing a sound education service system.In order to optimize continuously the archive information services,this article attempts to start from the necessity of promoting the informatization of university archive management,analyzes the core elements of archive management informatization construction,and proposes the relevant construction paths based on this.
