生物质在钢铁冶金中的应用现状及前景

摘要 随着全球变暖和环境污染等问题的加剧,传统冶金工业开始向绿色低碳的方向发展,生物质凭借可再生、碳中性等优势越来越多地被用于冶金工业中。回顾古代、近代、现代生物质在钢铁冶金中应用的发展历程以及不同时期的重点发展方向,并从生物质基材料合成及其用于高炉喷吹、铁矿球团和电炉渣发泡剂制备等方面综述生物质在钢铁冶金中的应用现状,最后从冶金余能利用与碳汇林业协同减碳、土壤植物修复与金属提取等方面展望生物质在冶金工业中应用的未来发展方向。 With the intensification of problems such as global warming and environmental pollution,the traditional metallurgical industry has started to develop in the direction of green and low-carbon.Biomass is increasingly used in the metallurgical industry with the advantages of being renewable and carbon-neutral.Firstly,the development history of the application of biomass in steel metallurgy in ancient,modern,and modern times,as well as the key development directions in different periods were reviewed.Secondly,the current application status of biomass in iron and steel metallurgy was summarized from two aspects:the synthesis of biomass-based materials and the application of in blast furnace injection,iron ore pellets,and arc furnace slag foaming agents.Finally,the future development direction of biomass application in metallurgy was prospected from the aspects of metallurgical surplus energy utilization and carbon sink forestry coordinated carbon reduction,phytoremediation and metal extraction.
