摘要
为研究大午金凤蛋鸡禽流感H5亚型Re-13株和Re-14株、H7亚型Re-4株、禽流感H9、新城疫母源抗体的消长规律,本试验对10万只大午金凤雏鸡随机抽取80只,于1、5、10、13、16日龄及20日龄采用血凝和血凝抑制试验进行禽流感H5亚型Re-13株和Re-14株、H7亚型Re-4株、禽流感H9亚型以及新城疫的母源抗体跟踪检测。结果表明:父母代种鸡禽流感和新城疫免疫抗体水平可以通过卵黄传递给雏鸡,使其产生较高的母源抗体以抵抗病毒侵袭,其中雏鸡在1日龄禽流感和新城疫母源抗体水平最高,均达到6log2以上,之后随日龄增加母源抗体逐渐下降;10日龄时禽流感H5亚型Re-13株和Re-14株、H7亚型Re-4株母源抗体下降至抗体保护水平以下,16日龄时禽流感H9亚型母源抗体水平和13日龄时新城疫母源抗体水平均下降至抗体保护水平以下。因此,建议禽流感病毒H5亚型(Re-13株)、H5亚型(Re-14株)、H7亚型(Re-4株)在7~9日龄首免;H9亚型在13~15日龄首免,新城疫在10~13日龄首免。本试验结果为禽流感、新城疫疫苗首免日龄的确定提供了一定参考。
This paper provides a reference for the age of first exemption of avian influenza and Newcastle disease vaccine by studying the growth and decline rules of H5 subtype Re-13 and Re-14 strains,H7 subtype Re-4 strains,avian influenza H9 and Newcastle disease maternal antibodies.In this trial,80 of 100,000 Dawu jinfeng chicks were randomly selected and followed up for avian influenza H5 subtype Re-13 and Re-14,H7 subtype Re-4,avian influenza H9 and Newcastle disease maternal antibody at 1,5,10,13,16 days and 20 days of age.The results showed that the levels of immune antibodies to avian influenza and Newcastle disease in parent breeders could be transmitted to chicks through yolk,so that they could produce higher maternal antibodies to resist virus invasion.At the same time,it was found that chicks had the highest levels of maternal antibodies in one-day-old avian influenza and Newcastle disease,both reaching more than 6log2,and then the maternal antibodies gradually decreased.At 10 days of age,maternal antibodies to avian influenza H5 subtype Re-13,Re-14 and H7 subtype Re-4 decreased below the antibody protection level,at 16 days of age,maternal antibodies to avian influenza H9 subtype decreased below the antibody protection level,and Newcastle disease maternal antibodies also dropped below the antibody protection level at 13 days of age.Therefore,it is recommended that H5 subtype Re-13,H5 subtype Re-14 and H7 subtype Re-4 are exempted first at 7 to 9 days;H9 subtype is exempted first between 13 to 15 days and Newcastle disease at 10 to 13 days of age.The results of this test provide a certain reference for determining the first immunization age of avian influenza and Newcastle disease vaccine.
