鸡传染性支气管炎诊断方法的研究进展

Advances in Diagnostic Methods of Avian Infectious Bronchitis

鸡传染性支气管炎是由传染性支气管炎病毒引起的一种呼吸道传染病。传染性支气管炎病毒传染性较强,给养鸡业的健康发展带来严重威胁。该病毒具有较多的血清型,且经常出现变异,因此需要做好鸡传染性支气管炎的诊断工作,能最大程度控制本病的传播。本文综述了病毒分离鉴定、血清学诊断和分子生物学诊断等几种常用的鸡传染性支气管炎诊断方法,以期为生产中该病的准确诊断提供参考。

Avian infectious bronchitis is a respiratory infectious disease caused by infectious bronchitis virus.Infectious bronchitis virus(IBV)is highly infectious,which poses a serious threat to the healthy development of chicken industry.The IBV has many serotypes and often mutates,so it is necessary to do a good job in the diagnosis of infectious bronchitis in order to control the spread of the disease.In this paper,several common diagnostic methods of avian infectious bronchitis,such as virus isolation and identification,serological diagnosis and molecular biological diagnosis,were reviewed in order to provide the reference for the diagnosis of the disease.
