摘要
教育质量是民族振兴、社会进步的基础支撑,拔尖创新人才作为地区产业的一种稀缺资源,对社会进步有着举足轻重的重要作用。农业农村部杂粮加工实验室在对研究生拔尖创新人才培养中,围绕“栽培—营养—加工”杂粮全产业链研究的关键环节进行科学素养的培养,从加强德育教育、重视个体需求、优化课程配置、构建导师组、探索多元导师制和加强国际合作培养等多方面对研究生拔尖创新人才培养的有效路径进行探索与实践,并且已经取得一定的成效。
The quality of education is the basic support for national rejuvenation and social progress.As a scarce resource of regional industries,top-notch innovative talents play a pivotal and important role in social progress.In the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents for postgraduates,the Key Laboratory of Coarse Cereal Processing of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs is cultivating scientific literacy around the key link of the research on the whole grain industry chain of"cultivation-nutrition-processing".In the process of postgraduate training,from the aspects of strengthening moral education,paying attention to individual needs,optimizing course configuration,building tutor groups,exploring multiple tutor systems,and strengthening international cooperation and training,weexplore and practice effective ways to cultivate top-notch innovative talents for postgraduates.Our team has achieved certain results in the training of postgraduates.
