参数化技术在上海宝山再生能源利用中心造型塔建造中的应用

摘要 上海宝山再生能源利用中心项目的造型塔内部结构与外部装饰大面造型复杂,面板种类较多。在造型塔幕墙系统方案设计、优化、出加工图的过程中大量应用了参数化技术,利用Rhinoceros软件加Grasshopper可视化编程插件实现根据方案图建立符合要求的造型塔双曲面造型图,进行内部钢结构的碰撞检测以及布置龙骨、连接件、连接钢板等自动化操作,代替传统手工操作,节省了人力与时间,提高了作图的精确性。 The interior structure and exterior decoration of the design tower of the Shanghai Baoshan Renewable Energy Utilization Center project are complex,with a variety of panel types.In the process of designing,optimizing and producing the working drawing of the modeling tower curtain wall system scheme,a large number of parametric technologies were applied.Rhinoceros software and Grasshopper visual programming plug-in were used to establish the Hyperboloid modeling drawing of the modeling tower according to the scheme drawing,carry out collision detection of the internal steel structure,arrange keel,connectors,connecting steel plates and other automatic operations,instead of traditional manual operations,saving manpower and time,Improved the accuracy of the drawing.
