摘要
复合数控机床液压系统是重要的动力传输以及控制的关键系统,其发生液压故障具有多样性,针对复合数控机床的液压故障诊断复杂问题,在复合数控机床液压系统结构基础上,构建了双主从式故障诊断拓扑结构,设计基于液压故障特征的故障诊断专家系统,在构建的复合数控机床液压系统故障诊断实验环境中进行了大量的故障模拟实验,来验证该优化设计方法的可靠性。实验结果表明,采用的优化设计方案能够快速的提升复合数控机床液压系统故障诊断效率和准确性。
The hydraulic system of compound NC machine tool is an important key system for power transmission and control,and its hydraulic faults are diverse.Aiming at the complex problem of hydraulic fault diagnosis of compound NC machine tool,based on the structure of hydraulic system of compound NC machine tool,a dual master-slave fault diagnosis topology is constructed,and a fault diagnosis expert system based on the characteristics of hydraulic fault is designed,A large number of fault simulation experiments are carried out in the built experimental environment of fault diagnosis of hydraulic system of compound NC machine tool to verify the reliability of the optimization design method.The experimental results show that the optimization design scheme can quickly improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis of hydraulic system of compound NC machine tool.
